No doubt there are many appointments booked just for the fun of the experience without intent to purchase. This is a way to show the viewing audience that it is not appreciated by store management or the consultants... and provides drama for the show.

Some brides today will take their mom’s dress and cut it down into a short dress to wear at the rehearsal dinner. So it can be really cute and sentimental

No one should take a Professional for granted and waste their time.

Why not just ask the bride if she has any intention of buying a gown today....privately while in the dressing room. All the red flags were there--walk in with no appointment, no adults present, no one being serious. Sure, she can lie....but when she knows that they know she is playing dress up, likely it will end quickly. My guess is that they are just hoping to turn it into a sale.

If that was all I wanted to do, I would say hey, I am just here to play Barbie, all I need is a dressing room and a mirror. Let the consultants help others.

Chiffon bridesmaids dresses are the best. I love how they flow. Chiffon looks good on all body types. Satin only works for a few people.

I suggest if you are big girl go to places that cater to big woman..They would be more knowledgeable on the shape & the fit of clothes & can teach you what suits you..❤❤Hope your wedding will be fabulous🎉🎉🎉

Ah yes, it was the professional that has been doing this perfectly for decades, not the already big girl gaining weight over the course of a YEAR. 🙄 People need self-awareness and skills to cope with reality badly these days. There’s no shame in gaining weight, it happens to lots of brides since they make you wait so long for fittings. That said, this is also why they recommended you base your body on measurements over a scale and even your clothes to get an accurate reading of your body. So many factors can throw things off. How baggy are her clothes or how much have they stretched that she can still squeeze into them? Muscle weighs more than fat, so she can gain weight and lose muscle mass at the same time if she stopped exercising after finding her dress. Etc. The only reason she should be embarrassed is because she was rude and clearly in denial.

As someone who struggles with self harm problems, the trichotillomania bride pulled on my heart. I fear what my scars will look like on my wedding day, I am ashamed of them.. But I just know I will be beautiful, just like she was.

This was painful to watch, what kind of parent does not want their child to have their day and be supportive, this lady was all about "me, me me, oh and Chasity too" Poor Chasity probably dims her own light because her mother is such a hurricane.
